Grateful - Honest and Transparent
Dr Beckford was truly a life saver. I was 10 days away from my planned vow renewal before I disputed a bunch of random charges that was never mentioned in the contract or via conversation from another vow renewal company. After a few words exchanged I refused to let that individual renew my vows so I searched for someone else and absolutely no one was coming up. I chose not to get frustrated and told myself if it’s meant to be it will work itself out. I decided to check one last time and out of nowhere Bahamas wedding by the sea showed up on Wedding Wire so I called instantly. We had a pleasant conversation and he was available the day and time I needed for the renewal. We spoke over the next few days and planned everything. The transportation company we used offered an affordable tour for us after and it worked out great. Dr Beckford was very pleasant, honest, and transparent. I was beyond happy I found him and honored he performed our ceremony. His words were a blessing to us all, the ceremony was simple and very fitting for what we wanted. Thank you very much for everything. We are beyond happy with the way the ceremony turned out.
Bahama wedding
We stayed at the Warwick hotel on paradise island and had the hotel wedding package. Even though we were on a tight schedule the hotel and Antonio were able to get everything scheduled and setup, the process was great start to finish. Antonio was great to work with, he kept us informed every step of the way and helped put our mind at ease. Would highly recommend his services to anyone getting married in the Bahamas.

Reverend Antonio is a wonderful and professional officiant. He handled all of the paperwork required for us to have our legal wedding ceremony in Nassau. We are from the US. He met us at the registrar 2 days before the wedding and personally managed everything. After, when my fiancé and I mentioned that we needed to find some items for our Sand Ceremony, he took us to several stores until we found what we needed. This is the type of hospitality known for Bahamians but it was particularly special to have Antonio help us. By spending time with us, he got to know more about us and this was reflected in his ceremony. He is a kind , happy and very witty person. Could not have imagined having any one else officiate our wedding.

Wedding on Cabbage Beach
We had an amazing experience with having our wedding on Cabbage Beach. We took our "Mamas to The Bahamas " Dr. Beckford was very accommodating to all of our needs. He went above and beyond and made it even better than we could've ever expected! We even had a stingray show up while we were getting married! Thank You Dr. Beckford! Great end to end service and personable!
Antonio did our wedding at Baha Mar that consisted of roughly 35ppl. He was very responsive, professional, personable, and on time. He was also flexible as we changed our Ceremony the day before.
Professional and kind
Antonio was very responsive and professional when answering any questions that we had. Unfortunately, he is based out in Nassau so he helped us find someone in Exuma to officiate our wedding. We are so grateful for his referral. It definitely took some weight off our shoulders! In addition he helped us get our marriage certificate months after our wedding. Incredible service, incredible person
Dr. Antonio Beckford and Bahamas Weddings by the Sea made our wedding a truly amazing event. Rev Antonio was was perfect! He helped us with planning, legal documents and worked with the Nassau Clerks office to get our license done smoothly and correctly, Rev Beckford delivered an inspired sermon and service that was spiritual, personal and enjoyable. He also connected us with valuable, talented local resources when we needed other assistance … and he did ALL of this with so little notice, that it’s incredible he was even able to make it happen. Let alone make it happen as beautifully and efficiently as he did. We recommend him 100%! Thank you so much, Reverend - you’re part of the family now!
It was amazing. Pastor Beckford help us in a lot of avenue in our relationship. He was very well experienced in his counseling.
We went there as a couple struggling in certain areas in our relationship. He help us so much in our relationship. He told us to get a book name his needs, her needs. That was such a good book to read. He help us solve our bad arguments and how to respect each other views. We are going to continue to see him after marriage because no relationship is perfect. But with his help I am sure we will be great.
The Best for Our Wedding!
After some research, my husband and I found Rev. Beckford and reached out to him immediately. My mother spoke to Rev. Beckford first ( as she had a list of questions which rev. Beckford happily answered.) After my husband and I sent him and email, Rev. Beckford responded by the next morning. We all met via Zoom to get to know each other and to discuss specifics. Rev. Beckford attended our wedding rehearsal in preparation for the wedding day. We are so grateful for Rev. Beckford's wonderful service at our wedding ceremony. We were so pleased! He is a true professional. rev. Beckford is also kind and made my husband and I and our guests feel comfortable. We truly feel everyone in attendance was inclined to love their spouse a little more, forgive and move forward, and/or pursue a closer relationship with our Lord as they prepare for their person. Rev. Beckford also handled a fainting incident very well. No hiccups in the service. He was able to continue smoothly. Anyone who selects Rev. Beckford will be pleased.

Amazing wedding at Baha Mar
Rev. Beckford performed the perfect ceremony last weekend for my wife and I. He also guided us through the process of obtaining our marriage license in the Bahamas, going so far as to accompanying us to the courthouse to fill out the necessary forms and retrieving the certified license for us before we left. It was clear that Rev. Beckford loves what he does and loves the people he does it for. Everyone at our ceremony was thoroughly impressed. I cannot recommend him enough.

A Memorable Day Made Even Better
My husband and I traveled to Nassau, Bahamas from the US, to get married and found Antonio to officiate. The wedding was planned on very short notice (2 months out) which naturally can present a number of challenges and stressful situations with booking vendors. From the moment we arrived in the Bahamas, Antonio made our experience feel so seamless and low-stress. He even helped us locate a florist and book our photographer at the last-minute. His service was incredible and he treated us like we were more than just a customer. Our wedding day was everything we envisioned, and that couldn’t have been possible without Antonio.

Antonio was simply wonderful throughout our wedding journey! He was positive and optimistic during the pandemic, and always eager and ready to help us get our marriage license when we were ready. He was prompt, organized, and made the process very easy. He did a great job officiating our wedding and listened to what we really wanted. It was so great to have him apart of our journey and we thank him very much for his kindness towards us and ability to make everything so smooth. Antonio is a friend for life! Friendly, efficient, effective!
Rev Antonio was friendly and responsive from the outset, ‘Zooming’ with us- UK to Bahamas - to outline the legal process and the details of the ceremony. We were reassured in advance of arriving in the Bahamas; once we had arrived Antonio turned up punctually and delivered in accordance with the schedule he had sent to us in advance. Legal formalities were concluded with the Nassau officials/Bahamas Government two days before the wedding. The wedding itself was idyllic, conducted informally and with great humour in a paradise setting. Antonio also arranged for the photographer (and special mention to the wonderful Tantura!) which was included in the price. Altogether fantastic!
